Head of Sales

SnapMagic is building the digital growth engine for the global electronics industry. They are seeking a Head of Sales who is deeply passionate about selling and has experience building sales motions at VC-backed companies to drive revenue growth from 7-figure to 8-figure levels.

Responsibilities

Run discovery, pricing, negotiation, and close strategic deals yourself
Build the motion: ICP, pricing, packaging, contracts, pipeline hygiene, forecasting and decks
Maintain a tight operating rhythm with the CEO; surface progress and risks early with clear, fast communication
Use data to craft compelling value stories and build ROI models
Design, test, and iterate on outbound and inbound motions until a repeatable, scalable pipeline emerges
After the motion is proven, hire and develop top reps and set the operating cadence for predictable revenue

Required

Experience building the sales motion at a VC-backed company
Ability to scale from 7-figure to 8-figure revenue
Experience running a high volume of discovery calls, proposals, and closes
Ability to set the standard for excellence through examples, templates, playbooks, and execution
Operational discipline with tools like HubSpot
Ownership of outcomes end-to-end
Experience in running discovery, pricing, negotiation, and closing strategic deals
Ability to build the sales motion including ICP, pricing, packaging, contracts, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and decks
Experience maintaining a tight operating rhythm with the CEO
Ability to use data to craft compelling value stories and build ROI models
Experience designing, testing, and iterating on outbound and inbound motions
Ability to hire and develop top sales representatives after the sales motion is proven
Comfort with being in the details longer than desired
Active experimentation with messaging, pricing, and objection handling
Ability to perform metrics, follow-ups, and revenue operations consistently
Eagerness to take feedback and turn it into execution
High personal standards for performance
Ability to move fast and close loops quickly with customers and the internal team
