Responsibilities
Lead sales team in working with customers and driving sales
Have strong knowledge of the retail and Ecomm markets and competitors in each business category
Work with merchandising and design teams to develop specific lines for customers
Travel overseas to meet factories, develop and maintain relationships with them
Negotiate with the factories costs that fit in with management goals
Oversee production teams follow up with factories as to quality, delivery, and technical details
Oversee and manage 12 direct reports
Qualification
Required
10 years experience in baby or infants
Strong general management and leadership skills; ability to grow and manage a team and work well cross-functionally
Experience in overseas sourcing and supplier relationship building
Takes ownership, problem solves and demonstrates a high level of accountability
