Responsibilities
Build, develop, and lead cloud infrastructure service roadmap for OCI’s strategic programs
Oversee the development and delivery of products and features acting as the primary technical point of contact for our internal engineering service teams
Establish and execute against core KPIs for area of responsibility, ensuring strong alignment with product growth objectives and customer success metrics
Collaborate across organizational boundaries to drive execution on complex, cross-team initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence, inclusion, and continuous learning
Qualification
Required
Experience in technical product management
Strong experience defining roadmaps
Experience launching products
Experience prioritizing requirements
Experience managing cloud services lifecycle
Proven track record of establishing positive relationships with internal and external product teams
Proven track record of establishing positive relationships with support organizations
Proven track record of establishing positive relationships with executive stakeholders
Strong communication skills

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
