They are seeking a senior-level VP of Business Development to lead growth across its air-supported, metal space frame, and sandwich radome product lines.

Responsibilities
Lead business development strategy across all radome divisions
Serve as primary customer interface for government and commercial clients
Identify and pursue DoD, Air Force, and other government opportunities
Coordinate closely with executive leadership on growth initiatives for the business
Identify and explore new business domains that grow Sheergard’s footprint in non-radome technologies
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in business development or sales leadership
Strong background with government contracts and defense programs
Experience with aerospace, defense, or radome-related technologies
Proven track record of winning and managing major accounts
