Responsibilities
Perform ETL testing to validate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes
Conduct database testing to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Develop and maintain Tosca automation scripts for ETL and database testing
Collaborate with development, data engineering, and QA teams to understand requirements and test strategies
Troubleshoot data and workflow issues, document defects, and drive resolution
Ensure adherence to testing standards, best practices, and project timelines
Provide detailed test reports and recommendations for process improvements
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in ETL testing and database testing
Strong knowledge of SQL for data validation and test case creation
Hands-on experience with Tosca automation and other ETL/database automation tools
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, data flows, and ETL tools
Proven ability to design, develop, and execute automated tests for ETL processes
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience working in Agile or similar fast-paced environments
Preferred
Familiarity with cloud-based ETL solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Exposure to performance and regression testing for data pipelines
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for test automation integration
