They are seeking a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager to lead complex tax engagements and provide proactive tax strategies while fostering meaningful client relationships.

Responsibilities
Lead and review complex tax engagements for HNW individuals, family groups, and real estate partnerships
Provide proactive tax strategy for multi-entity, multi-state, and investment-heavy clients
Mentor and support staff in a collaborative, friendly environment
Manage and grow client relationships with a high-touch service approach
Work directly with firm leadership to refine processes and contribute to long-term growth
Qualification
Required
CPA License preferred (will also consider EA)
Minimum 5+ years in Public Accounting & Tax
Strong exposure to HNW, complex individual taxation, real estate, and partnerships
Currently managing a Tax team in a client-facing role and handling high-level reviews
Preferred
Previous remote experience
CCH Axcess experience
