Responsibilities
Collect and report project-related environmental data, including research, interviews with government agencies and clients, map reviews, and field investigations of environmental features
Prepare NEPA documents, including associated technical memoranda
Prepare for and participate in public and client information meetings and hearings
Prepare, plan, and analyze/review technical studies, permit applications, NEPA documents, and similar reports/documents
Assist public and private clients with permit coordination, acquisition, and compliance for wetland impacts, bridge construction, and threatened/endangered species
Manage and report on all aspects of environmental projects, including scope, schedule, and budget
Perform other duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or closely related field
A minimum of 5 years environmental experience
Proficiency with MS Office Suite
Strong conceptual, organizational, problem-solving and research abilities
An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
Preferred
10 years of environmental experience
Experience delivering a variety of complex environmental projects and programs
Strong project management Skills
AICP certification
Local candidates preferred
