Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring continued utilization of K1 products
Develop and maintain accurate revenue forecasts, working closely with finance, sales, client success, and operations teams
Monitor account health metrics and revenue indicators to predict and prevent potential churn
Lead negotiations and support the close of renewals and upsell opportunities
Work closely with the sales team to identify and act on cross-selling opportunities
Monitor and analyze client data in collaboration with the client success team to ensure optimal usage and additional product engagement of the platform

Required

3+ years of SaaS AM, Tax and or accounting software experience
Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring continued utilization of K1 products
Develop and maintain accurate revenue forecasts, working closely with finance, sales, client success, and operations teams
Monitor account health metrics and revenue indicators to predict and prevent potential churn
Lead negotiations and support the close of renewals and upsell opportunities
Work closely with the sales team to identify and act on cross-selling opportunities
Monitor and analyze client data in collaboration with the client success team to ensure optimal usage and additional product engagement of the platform
3-5 years of experience in Account Management or Sales roles
Strong background in financial technology or enterprise-level tech companies
Strong experience with client success software such as Gainsight and Hubspot
Proven experience with deal-making, negotiations, and managing client relationships in a revenue-driven environment
Ability to solve complex problems and provide data-driven insights
Experience working with data analytics tools, CRMs, or client reporting systems
A growth mindset with a drive to advance in your career and adapt in a fast-growing company
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders
