Sales - Business Development / Account Manager
CFS is a 100% employee-owned company seeking a client-facing Business Development / Account Manager in Oak Brook. The role involves developing new accounts, maintaining client relationships, and managing the sales process for staffing and recruiting services in the accounting and finance sector.
Responsibilities
Develop new accounts and grow and maintain relationships with clients
Sell staffing and recruiting services to accounting and finance decision makers
Manage all facets of the sales process, from initial prospecting to account management, through phone, email, and face-to-face and video meetings
Continue to develop relationships and provide great customer service after placements are made
Learn about industries and companies in the market and provide valuable services
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in sales, staffing, or business (this includes internships)
Ability to confidently and effectively communicate at all levels in an organization
Good at connecting on social media and via email, and even better at connecting on phone and in person; urge to pick up the phone and make things happen
Driven, competitive, self-motivated, and a team player
Good sense of humor
