Responsibilities

Build, traffic, and launch paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc

Ensure campaigns are set up accurately based on strategy, budgets, targeting, creative, and flight dates

Manage ongoing campaign QA through pacing checks, creative approvals, and optimizations, while monitoring performance trends and flagging risks or opportunities

Collaborate closely with account teams, data analytics teams, creative teams, and platform partners to ensure smooth execution

Assist with platform updates, new feature testing, and process improvements within ad operations

Required

BA or BS degree

1+ years of experience working in a likeminded industry

1+ years of digital ad trafficking experience (knowledge of running paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)

Experience with Doubleclick (DFA/DCM) or various third-party ad serving platforms is a plus

Strong attention to detail is a must

Excellent communication skills and ability to problem-solve in a high-pressure / fast-paced environment

Analytical skills and willingness to learn and grow
