Responsibilities
Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with OEM standards
Perform body repair work on vehicles including fiberglass repair
Use hand tools and power tools to remove or repair damaged parts, weld as needed, and properly install new parts
Work with a variety of metals and plastics, as well as glass, electrical, and mechanical parts
Participates in manufacturer sponsored training programs, schools, and events
Qualification
Required
Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
Knowledge in automotive repair and maintenance
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to be a team player
Ability to multi-task and follow-up on multiple projects
Detail oriented
Attendance/punctuality
Must have tools required to perform tasks
Minimum 1-2 years prior body repair experience required
Preferred
Welding experience a plus
Frame repair experience a plus
Painting experience a plus
I-CAR or ASE certifications a plus
