Responsibilities
Manage and issue purchase orders using the ERP/SAP system
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure clear expectations and timely order fulfillment
Monitor order status and expedite deliveries as needed to support project timelines
Optimize inventory levels and lead time to prevent shortages, overstock, and aging inventory
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Buyer or Procurement role
