They are seeking a Sr Program Manager who will serve as the primary point of contact for program information, liaising between engineering and business teams, and ensuring alignment on program status and priorities.

Responsibilities
Acting as the primary point of contact & source of program information
Liaising between engineering and business entities, keeping them aligned with program status and trajectory
Leading meetings with various teams to discuss priorities, updates to schedules and escalating any topics that need higher visibility
Keeping a pulse on day-to-day production and the teams that enable build progression
Owning the momentum of any potential engineering implementations, changes and issues through to closure
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience in a program management or technical leadership role
Proven ability to lead and collaborate with technical and business operations owners to solve complex problems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective across various stakeholders and teams with the ability to lead strategic discussions
Strong organization and prioritization abilities to manage your own workload and guide teams toward high-level goals
Growth mindset with aptitude and eagerness to be continuously learning and curious - always leading with empathy
Preferred
PMP or similar certification
Familiarity with EV production and/or fast-paced startup environments
Experience with cost analysis, risk management and process improvement efforts
Comfortable pushing at a fast but sustainable pace
Enthusiasm for boating and the water
