Responsibilities
Ensure accurate and timely trade capture in internal systems, validating details with traders and counterparties
Coordinate with operations, compliance, and counterparties to resolve trade breaks, booking issues, and discrepancies
Monitor and reconcile daily P&L and position reports, partnering with risk, operations, valuation, and technology teams as needed
Track corporate actions impacting portfolio positions and ensure proper system reflection
Produce data-driven reports for the trading desk, including market data summaries, trading volume analysis, and other analytical insights
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce risk, and support automation initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
3+ years of experience in trade support or middle office within an investment management environment
Strong understanding of the full trade lifecycle across both fixed income and equity instruments
Advanced Excel skills; experience with data analysis tools, databases, or programming languages (e.g., Python or R) is a plus
Strong quantitative aptitude and comfort working with complex trading data
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to operate effectively under time-sensitive conditions
Clear communicator with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Preferred
Experience supporting complex fixed income or equity-linked strategies
