Account Manager - Commercial Sales

They are seeking an experienced Business Development professional to focus on Local Commercial Sales growth, engaging with existing customers and generating new business in the Greater Seattle area.

Responsibilities
Engage with existing commercial customers to grow recurring/repeat business as well as generate new business through various lead gen and prospecting tactics
Achieve revenue goals through existing and new commercial customers business acquisition
Meet or exceed sales activity targets, including a high volume of outbound calls, on-site estimates and proposals, top account management, referrals, networking, virtual and in-person prospecting, and building new local business relationships
Understand and help drive franchise profitability through building high-value customer relationships
Maintain a high level of competitor and local marketplace knowledge
Partner with our National Accounts and Strategic Alliances teams to increase commercial business sales locally
Effectively use our Sales App to track and report on sales activity
Qualification
Required
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in business-to-business sales
Experience increasing net new sales and a successful track record of meeting aggressive sales targets
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
Proficient in G Suite and Salesforce a plus
