Assist service members and providers who contact the call center regarding eligibility, benefits, and provider services
Provide receptionist coverage during breaks and lunch by performing the primary functions and duties of the Receptionist
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have a minimum six 6 months of work experience in customer service
Computer skills including ability to maneuver between multiple programs, working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Excel, and proficient keyboarding skills
Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills
