This strategic leader will shape the organization’s leadership learning and development strategy and oversee the creation of innovative learning solutions to enhance leadership excellence and organizational performance.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to quickly scale and build leadership learning content that aligns with organizational objectives

Establish models and frameworks for innovative learning, incorporating current trends such as social learning and AI simulations to enhance engagement and effectiveness

Manage the full portfolio of active leadership programs while overseeing the design and pilot phases of in-development initiatives to ensure a continuous pipeline of growth

Implement methods to reinforce leadership skills and behaviors beyond the learning event, ensuring long-term impact and application

Lead, mentor, and manage a team focused on high accountability and best-in-class learning solutions

Lead and develop a specialized cadre of facilitators, ensuring consistency in delivery, brand voice, and instructional quality

Conduct performance and learning consultations with the business, teaching and coaching consulting skills within the team

Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify learning needs and ensure alignment with business goals

Leverage AI tools to accelerate leadership skills identification and learning content development

Develop an evaluation approach tied to key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of leadership training programs and drive continuous improvement

Stay attuned to the changing business context and skills in roles, anticipating shifts in training needs and approaches
