Lead full-cycle accounting operations and month-end close processes
Supervise accounting team and uphold internal controls
Prepare for audits and support year-end financial activities
Manage lease agreements and ensure proper accounting treatment
Assist with tax filings, sales reporting, and insurance documentation
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or in a similar interim leadership role
Familiarity with accounting systems such as Great Plains, Microsoft Dynamics, or Sage Intacct
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
