Responsibilities

Serve as a senior advisor to the Chief of People on strategy, organizational planning, and company-wide people initiatives
Lead and develop our domestic HR team, including direct oversight of the HR Director and HR Generalist
Drive programs across employee relations, performance management, talent development, engagement, and organizational effectiveness
Support leaders and managers across the business with sound guidance, good judgment, and a steady approach to decision-making
Build strong, trusting relationships with employees and leaders at every level
Oversee compliance, policy development, and HR operations with a focus on clarity, consistency, and fairness
Partner with cross-functional teams to support acquisitions, integrations, workforce planning, and company-wide change initiatives
Lead or co-lead strategic HR projects that elevate our processes, systems, and employee experience
Act as a culture ambassador who helps maintain a high-trust, high-accountability environment

Required

10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior or executive HR leadership role
Proven success leading HR teams and developing HR managers or directors
Broad experience across key HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, compliance, HR operations, and talent development
Strong judgment and the ability to make clear decisions in complex or sensitive situations
Demonstrated experience advising senior leaders and influencing through trust rather than title
Prior experience supporting multi-state teams and understanding of state-specific employment laws
Experience guiding organizations through growth, change, or acquisitions
Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
High level of integrity, discretion, and emotional intelligence
Bachelor's degree required

Preferred

Advanced degree or HR certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred
