Mid LevelJPS Tech Solutions is seeking a Power BI Developer to support development and capability-building for Power BI projects. The role involves driving consistency across user experience for business units and working closely with internal analysts to iterate based on feedback.

Responsibilities
Primary need is for Power BI development and capability-building support
Looking for consultants/developers, ideally with experience in Power BI, potential pluses for skills in Power Automate, SQL, Databricks, and Python (but core work will be in Power BI)
Preference for consultants who can iterate based on communicated needs rather than strictly following a pre-defined scope
Stand up and advance Power BI projects/templates and drive consistency across user experience for business units
Work alongside, but not directly interface with, business partners—main contact will be internal analysts
Nice-to-have is capability to assist in Power Automate and Databricks, but not central to current resource needs
Project work must be conducted and substantially completed before the holiday slow period in late December
Qualification
Required
Experience in Power BI development
Ability to build capabilities and work with established templates
Ability to iterate based on communicated needs
Effective communication skills with internal analysts
Support capability-building within the team
Preferred
Experience with Power Automate
Experience with SQL
Experience with Databricks
Experience with Python
