They are seeking a senior Azure Cloud Architect to own the cloud environment end-to-end and influence architecture, security posture, compliance readiness, and long-term scalability from day one.

Responsibilities

Architect and evolve secure, scalable Azure environments

Build, operate, and optimize containerized workloads using Azure Container Apps

Deploy and support ML and LLM workloads with performance and cost considerations

Design and manage Azure networking (VNets, subnets, private endpoints, routing, DNS, firewall rules)

Implement and maintain security controls using Azure Firewall, Azure Sentinel, and other native tools

Define and enforce security best practices to support SOC 2 compliance

Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions

Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights

Serve as a trusted technical authority, partnering directly with leadership
