Manage operations to maximize guest satisfaction, maintain cleanliness, and ensure compliance with safety standards

Oversee sales initiatives, labor, and food costs, contributing to the restaurant’s profitability

Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to develop and implement action plans for continuous improvement
