Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal and acquired entity staff to understand current accounting workflows and the chart of accounts
Lead the mapping and migration of financial data into Foundation software
Develop and document SOPs and best practices for post-implementation operations
Provide hands-on support during month-end close and full-cycle accounting processes
Act as a liaison between finance, operations, and software teams to ensure a smooth transition
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in accounting roles with full-cycle and month-end close responsibilities
Prior involvement in acquisition integrations and accounting system implementations
Expertise in Foundation software is required
Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data mapping)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage effectively with diverse teams
