Responsibilities

Perform data analysis using SPC, Real-time monitoring methods, and additional sources to monitor and maintain the performance of the process
Cross work with other function team for line problem solving, new technology transfer, and develop the solution for process performance improvement include the quality, productivity and cost reduction
Need commit the flexible personal time, once, fab business goal needed as abnormal event handling, meeting with TSMC in the Asia time zone, and etc

Required

BS or higher in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Physics or Material Science
At least 2+ year's experience working in a high-volume manufacturing semiconductor Fab

Preferred

CVD, PVD tools experience is preferred
Understanding of principle of thin film process knowledge, and it is a plus for equipment knowledge and/or integration knowledge
Strong data analysis capability includes commonality check and DOE
Multi-tasking and project management skills to balance and follow-thru with many tasks at once meeting deadlines and executing plans
Work with Manufacturing, Equipment and other function team to achieve quality and capacity goals
