Responsibilities
Participate in a 6–8-week training and development curriculum to equip you with the fundamental and professional skills needed to be successful in IED
Learn about a wide variety of products and services throughout IED, preparing you to work alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced, client facing, and market driven environment
Participate in training and study sessions to prepare you for any required licensing and registration exams
Be assigned a mentor when you arrive at the Firm
Qualification
Required
Graduated from a 4-year accredited university
1-4 years of post-graduate work experience
Keen interest in finance and markets
Strong analytical skills
Client and/or project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the highest attention to detail
Enthusiastic, motivated, genuinely intellectually curious
Collaborative, a quick learner, adaptable, versatile, a multi-tasker, enjoy solving problems, and possess a strong work ethic
Strong team-player and collaborator
Self-starter mentality with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in team settings
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Professionalism, intellectual curiosity, and a strong eagerness to learn
