Responsibilities

Develop and maintain driver-based financial models for strategic planning and M&A support
Lead components of the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and scenario planning
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, dashboards, and executive presentations
Conduct in-depth financial analysis of trends, variances, and KPIs to support strategic decisions
Design and maintain business intelligence dashboards using tools like Power BI and SQL
Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance reporting and analytical efficiency
Support board materials, investor communications, and strategic planning documents
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, commercial teams, business development, and treasury

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
3–5 years of progressive FP&A experience, including financial modeling and forecasting
Experience with M&A analysis, valuation methodologies, and strategic planning
Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting standards, and ERP systems
Exceptional communication skills and ability to present to executive audiences
Strategic mindset with a passion for continuous learning and innovation
