10+ years expJPS Tech Solutions is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior IAM Engineer with deep expertise in CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. This role is critical to strengthening the company's cybersecurity posture and ensuring secure, reliable access to enterprise systems while leading the design and deployment of CyberArk solutions across enterprise environments.

Responsibilities
Lead the design, architecture, and deployment of CyberArk Privileged Access Management solutions across enterprise environments
Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams to implement new IAM technologies and enhance existing platforms
Define and recommend secure system architectures aligned with business, compliance, and cybersecurity requirements
Configure, install, patch, and maintain CyberArk and related IAM systems
Support upgrades and integrations with existing infrastructure and applications
Develop and maintain technical design documents, operational procedures, and runbooks
Train internal teams on the use, administration, and best practices of newly deployed systems
Provide off-hours, on-call support, including emergency response and scheduled maintenance windows
Assist with physical tasks when required, including lifting and transporting server equipment
Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and successful technology deployments
Ensure systems comply with NERC CIP and organizational security standards
Qualification
Required
10+ years of overall IT experience, with a strong focus on Identity & Access Management
Proven hands-on experience deploying and configuring CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM)
Strong understanding of enterprise security principles, access controls, and privileged identity governance
Experience working in regulated environments with strict compliance and security requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to produce clear technical documentation
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
Ability to exercise sound judgment and make well-reasoned business and technical decisions
Ability and willingness to work overtime, flexible hours, and on-call shifts as needed
Ability to travel to various company locations as required
Valid driver's license
Must be able to pass NERC CIP Personnel Risk Assessment background check
Preferred
Experience with scripting or programming languages, including PowerShell
Exposure to other IAM, cybersecurity, or infrastructure security tools
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with teams at all levels of the organization
