Responsibilities

Conduct electrical, mechanical, and environmental testing on TE products for Engineering Evaluation and Qualifications
Prepare samples using hand tools and soldering techniques
Build test setups and equipment following mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and circuit diagrams
Utilize various mechanical measuring devices for product assembly and verification
Operate electronic testing equipment, including power supplies and specialized test instruments
Review and summarize test data
Write comprehensive test documentation and reports
Collaborate with internal product, development, and quality engineers
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent required
1-3 years of experience in product testing or related field
Proficiency in soldering techniques
Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles
Excellent manual dexterity and ability to work with hands for extended periods
Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with MS Project is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with critical thinking abilities
Ability to work well in a team environment with diverse backgrounds
Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities
US citizenship or US lawful permanent residency status (due to ITAR restrictions)

Associate Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred
