Supply Chain Compliance Professional

This role involves auditing procurement actions, monitoring compliance metrics, and assisting with supplier onboarding and reporting tasks.

Responsibilities

Perform ongoing small-dollar PO audits to capture trends and provide training on gap correction as well as participate in and support continuous streamlining initiatives to benefit Compliance, SC and other functions
Review, record, and debrief the end products of all procurement actions, to ensure adherence with all applicable government, customer and company processes and procedures
Track and monitor action items and metrics for assigned areas of support, conducting trend analysis to identify continuous improvement opportunities, and track Letter Contracts and Undefinitized Contract actions
Process supplier onboarding activities including supplier annual certification and non-disclosure agreements (PIEAs)
Assist with review and implementation of policies and procedures as well as with training as needed and perform special projects and additional duties, at the request of Compliance Manager
Assist with various monitoring and reporting requirements as well as collaborate with various functions
Assist the Small Business Officer with various reporting tasks including audit preparation, identifying weaknesses and recurring trends, and making recommendations on procedure and/or process change to achieve higher efficiencies
Create ad-hoc reports to support cross functional teams for audits, management reviews, and special projects

Required

2+ years of experience in supply chain, compliance, auditing, and/or other related field
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, IT or other similar/related discipline
Microsoft Suite proficiency, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Excellent oral and written skills, critical thinking skills, reading comprehension, multi-task oriented, able to manage change, attention to detail, problem-solving, and a high level of customer focus
Ability to work on cross-functional teams

Preferred

Proficiency working with specialized software systems such as SAP
