IMG Academy is seeking an Onboarding Assistant to support the onboarding team during a high-volume hiring period. This role is essential in ensuring that new team members are welcomed and efficiently onboarded to begin their employment smoothly.

Responsibilities

Assist in execution of the pre-employment and onboarding process for candidates, which includes employment verification, social media check, drug test, reference checks, etc

Monitor appropriate background sites for results and updates

Maintain consistent and timely communication with candidates and managers, following up promptly when additional information is needed

Maintain up-to-date and accurate candidate tracking information

Coordinate with key stakeholders and other departments to ensure readiness for start dates

Assist with preparation, execution and follow-up related to orientation

Ensure all required documentation is complete and compliant with company and legal standards
