Responsibilities
Lead capitalization of internally developed assets, partnering across R&D, product, project, and engineering teams
Optimize and implement balance sheet processes for tangible and intangible assets; drive process improvement for audit-readiness
Manage fixed asset tracking, accounting, and reporting, collaborating closely with operations and procurement
Support and enhance tax/GL activity: sales and income tax documentation, reconciliations (Avalera), and broader GL duties
Contribute to cross-functional projects and continuous finance improvement across multiple entities
Qualification
Required
BS Accounting
3-5 years as a Senior Accountant within a large or regional public accounting firm working with manufacturing clients
