Responsibilities

Architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules
Define and enforce platform standards, governance, and best practices
Design and oversee integrations using REST, SOAP, OAuth2, MID Server, and APIs
Own CMDB architecture and Common Services Data Model (CSDM) alignment
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow developers
Guide scripting and customization using JavaScript, Glide API, and Business Rules
Lead upgrade planning, version control, update sets, and deployments
Ensure security, performance, scalability, and compliance
Partner with leadership and clients on ServiceNow strategy and roadmap
Serve as the technical authority during complex implementations

Required

5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience
3+ years in a lead, senior developer, or architect role
Deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and CMDB
Advanced experience with ServiceNow scripting and integrations
Strong understanding of ITIL and mapping processes to ServiceNow
Experience leading large-scale or multi-module implementations
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – required

Preferred

CAD or CTA (or CTA-track) strongly preferred
