Responsibilities
Create a range of design artifacts, including low- to high-fidelity wireframes for commerce front-end screens
Develop robust, clickable prototypes for efficient user testing and validation with stakeholders and end users
Define detailed interaction states that logically tie to and reflect backend system responses
Apply and enforce consistent UI patterns, corporate branding, and established accessibility standards across all designs
Iteratively refine designs based on performance metrics, user feedback, and A/B testing results
Ensure all front-end designs meet rigorous WCAG and ADA accessibility requirements
Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance (QA) teams during testing cycles to ensure design fidelity
Provide timely design clarifications and support to development teams during Agile/Scrum sprints
Create comprehensive design documentation and specifications for effective developer handoff
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, preferably in an e-commerce or digital product environment
Proficiency in design tools, especially Figma, for wireframing, prototyping, and collaboration
Solid understanding and practical application of responsive and mobile-first design principles
Demonstrated experience in utilizing and contributing to design systems and component-based design thinking
Familiarity with WCAG and ADA accessibility best practices and a commitment to inclusive design
Experience operating within a SAFe or Scrum Agile framework, including participation in design sprints
Ability to conduct data-informed design using analytics, heatmaps, and A/B testing to guide product decisions
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA)
