Senior Director, Product Solutions, Enterprise Identity and Data
Dentsu is a global identity and data platform seeking a Senior Director of Product Solutions to drive revenue and market growth for its enterprise identity and data products. Responsibilities
Support proactive new business opportunities and RFPs as well as existing client upsell opportunities to senior level clients
Qualification of client sales opportunities through early stage discovery and situation analysis of business goals, mar-tech stacks, tech, identity and data partners, priority use-cases and strategies
Be subject matter experts in support of the development of dentsu.audiences product presentations that clearly illustrate how we enable and drive business value across use-cases such as real-time personalization and CRM, enterprise identity and 1st-party data management to best understand and target customers and wider prospects across channels, addressable media and more
Collaboration with sales and business leaders to develop appropriate product fees for client use-cases and requirements across opportunities
Ensure that contracts and any required data privacy and regulatory steps and standards are managed effectively
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, analytics or technology
7+ years of experience in a database, CRM strategy, mar-tech, ad-tech or data sales or solution leadership role
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ideally across multiple lines of business and team members involved in complex sales opportunities
Strength in summarizing client situations and opportunities and translating into clear product sales and solution opportunities and presentations
Knowledge and experience with identity and data companies and solutions for marketing and media audience targeting, analytics and measurement
Knowledge of and experience working with leading mar-tech platforms such as DMPs, CDPs, marketing clouds and/or data environments and tech companies (ex: AWS, Google Cloud, MSFT Azure, Snowflake, etc.) as part of sales, partnership or solutioning efforts
Experience organizing and communicating sales opportunity status or collaborating with sales leaders to ensure key information, stage, sizing of potential deals is reported accurately and consistently
Experience in pitch situations representing identity resolution, 3rd-party consumer data for analytics and marketing use, mar-tech within an organization's technology stack, and knowledge of current ecosystem and solutions in media (addressable, identity, data for targeting)
Experience collaborating with business and sales leads to develop product or solution pricing and contracts, and collaboration on negations with clients
