Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with acute care facilities, outpatient centers, and other healthcare accounts in assigned territory
Achieve sales targets through consultative selling, product education, and strategic planning
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts for Hibiclens® antiseptic solutions
Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to maximize territory performance
Manage administrative tasks including reporting, expense tracking, and CRM updates
Attend trade shows, sales meetings, and occasional field ride-alongs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
3–5 years of sales experience; medical device, infection prevention, or healthcare sales strongly preferred
Proven ability to manage a territory and travel extensively
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Preferred
Self-starter with strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
Comfortable with overnight travel and managing a regional territory
