Responsibilities
The position is for the manager of a team of engineers who own and operate the Corporate Identity environment, which provides provisioning, authentication, and authorization services to all Oracle employees
This position would be responsible for identifying and driving new security controls around user access to Oracle internal resources
The position would interface with teams across the organization to understand their provisioning, authentication, and authorization needs and then identify the best way to meet those needs
Qualification
Required
Experience managing a team of engineers
Knowledge of Oracle's Identity systems
Ability to prioritize projects and meet timelines
Experience in provisioning, authentication, and authorization services
Ability to identify and drive new security controls around user access
Experience interfacing with teams across the organization to understand their needs

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
