Responsibilities

Work exclusively with Human Resource Departments to create and implement Benefits packages for employees

Work alongside HR and Employers to educate Employees on the benefits being offered, assisting Employees with selecting the appropriate benefits for their needs, and enroll Employees on our exclusive platform

Continue to communicate with the account throughout the year and assist with any claims, troubleshooting, or issues that may arise with the benefits
