Responsibilities
Supervise and support innovation projects for the InnoTech team in the Dairy Taste and Plant-Based Programs
Product development and pilot plant processing of foods and beverages
Organize and manage internal tastings and sensory evaluations of technologies
Collect, analyze, and report data from evaluations
Support regional application teams, as needed
Qualification
Required
Currently working on completion of a Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field
Must be available to work full-time on-site beginning on June 1, 2026, to August 14, 2026
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
Experience with working in a lab setting; working in a pilot plant or food processing environment is a plus
Skills related to formulating and evaluating food and beverage products
