Sales Director

Integrity is one of the nation’s leading independent distributors of life, health, and wealth insurance products. The Sales Director will provide sales leadership, coordinate training activities for independent agents, and be responsible for personal sales as directed by management.

Responsibilities

Recruit new independent contractor agents
Follow up with new agents to ensure efficient and timely on-boarding
Regularly train agents on products and selling tools
Communicate with, service and retain top level independent contractor agents
Attend and participate in meetings as required by management
Strive to meet company sales objectives
Perform other duties as assigned

Must hold a valid life & health insurance license
High school diploma or undergraduate degree. Industry experience may be substituted for educational qualification
One (1) or more years' experience in insurance marketing and sales
Demonstrated experience in effectively managing and motivating independent or career insurance agents
Possess basic computer navigation skills and knowledge or familiarity of basic computer programs/applications including but not limited to email, word processing, spreadsheet programs, internet, Adobe, etc
