Responsibilities

Define and implement the global Total Rewards strategy covering executive compensation, equity programs, broad-based pay, incentives, and benefits

Serve as a key advisor to the CHRO, CFO, and Compensation Committee on executive pay governance, program design, and regulatory compliance

Lead executive compensation architecture, including base pay, annual incentives, long-term equity, and performance metrics

Oversee proxy disclosures and shareholder engagement considerations

Lead the creation and evolution of complex commercial compensation plans across business lines, geographies, and product portfolios

Partner with commercial and finance leaders to align incentives with revenue, margin, and growth priorities

Ensure competitive and equitable compensation through benchmarking, analytics, and market intelligence

Lead and develop a global Total Rewards team across compensation and benefits functions

Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Investor Relations, and HR to ensure alignment with business strategy
