Responsibilities

Own operational execution across permitting coordinators, project managers, and client-facing roles

Design, implement, and continuously refine permitting workflows that are fast, accurate, and scalable

Establish and enforce non-negotiable standards around turnaround time, quality, and client experience

Build and manage KPIs tied to throughput, cycle time, accuracy, and capacity utilization

Identify operational bottlenecks—people, process, or systems—and fix them decisively

Hire, train, and develop frontline leaders and operators as volume increases

Spend time with clients, municipalities, and internal teams to understand real constraints

Partner directly with ownership on growth strategy, market expansion, and margin improvement

Build structure and systems without creating bureaucracy or slowing execution
