Responsibilities

Assist in formulating and preparing beverage prototypes across categories (juices, teas, soft drinks and energy drinks) for internal evaluations and project needs

Support stability and shelf-life testing by preparing samples, conducting sensory/physical analysis, and organizing data for team review

Aid in prototype development and demo preparation, including labeling, bottling, shipping samples, and helping coordinate tastings

Present technical findings to internal and cross functional teams

Required

Currently working on completion of a Bachelor's degree in Food Science, or related field

Must be available to work full-time on-site beginning on June 1, 2026 to August 14, 2026

Foundational knowledge of food science, basic laboratory practices, and comfort working with formulas, measurements, and bench-top equipment

Demonstrate curiosity and initiative—ask thoughtful questions, seek to understand the 'why,' and show strong organizational and problem-solving skills to effectively manage priorities and workflows

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional partners and clearly share updates or findings

Creative, ambitious, and agile, with a willingness to adapt as project needs evolve
