Responsibilities

Lead the company’s overall financial strategy, planning, and execution aligned with corporate objectives
Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling
Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, regulatory requirements, and internal control frameworks
Manage treasury, cash flow, liquidity planning, and capital allocation strategies
Partner closely with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, M&A, fundraising, and investor relations
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance, accounting, and FP&A team
Oversee audit processes, tax strategy, and coordination with external advisors
Develop scalable financial systems, processes, and controls to support rapid growth
Provide clear, data-driven insights to support decision-making in a volatile market environment

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including senior management roles

Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial compliance standards
Proven ability to lead distributed teams in a remote-first environment
Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

MBA or CPA
Experience in crypto, fintech, financial services, or technology-driven environments
Experience supporting fundraising, investor relations, or board-level reporting
