Responsibilities

Take good care of our members because they are everything to us! You will be the first friendly face people see when they walk into the branch

Balance your checks and cash drawer!

Accurately process routine member account transactions including, but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, account transfers, wire transfers, official checks, gift cards, cash advances, etc

Research and resolve member inquiries on issues related to their accounts

Conduct research on member accounts

Cross-sell services that would benefit our members and properly track products and services referred or sold

Maintain a positive attitude when facing challenges

Qualification

Required

Candidates with a minimum of 12 months in the retail and/or service industry or 6 months in a financial institution, working in a branch environment

Must have basic computer skills

Strong listening, verbal communication, time management and organizational skills required

Able to maintain the confidentiality of member information

Great with cash? Good, because you will be expected to balance your checks and cash drawer!

Organization is a must

Are you detail oriented? You will research and resolve member inquiries on issues related to their accounts

This role requires team members to cross-sell (don't worry, only services that would benefit our members) and properly track products and services referred or sold

Attitude is everything! We are looking for someone who can maintain a positive attitude when facing challenges

Preferred

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!

Accurate cash handling and proactive sales preferred

Ability to actively cross-sell products & services preferred
