They are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Technician III to diagnose, repair, and maintain high-quality window and door products at customer sites, ensuring professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair Milgard window and door products at customer homes and job sites

Communicate directly and courteously with customers and co-workers Assist senior technicians with installations, repairs, and part replacements

Pick up and deliver parts; maintain inventory in service vehicles and warehouse

Clean installed products and ensure job sites are returned to original condition

Safely operate hand and power tools

Use iPads and service software to document service calls and review schedules

Collaborate with other Field Service Technicians on multi-tech projects

Inspect incoming parts for quality; reject and document any that don’t meet standards

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment — both in the field and warehouse

Keep service vehicles clean, stocked, and in good working condition

Assist with unloading delivery trucks and general warehouse upkeep

Submit closing service documentation promptly to the Field Service Office
