Outside Entry Door Commercial Sales Representative-Construction & Building Materials Industry
DH Pace Company is a family-owned business and an industry leader in the distribution and installation of door products. They are seeking an Outside Commercial Sales Representative to sell entry door products to commercial clients in Denver and surrounding areas, focusing on building relationships and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities
Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of Entry Doors and related door products and services
Cultivate sales with commercial and industrial buildings owners/managers, colleges, K-12, municipalities, and hospitals in Denver and surrounding areas
Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards
Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals
Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum of two (2) years of sales experience calling on commercial accounts
Provide timely and accurate estimates and proposals
Must possess valid driver's license
Must have excellent organizational, communication and relationship building skills
Mathematically and mechanically inclined
