Customer Experience Specialist
SmartChoice is a leading provider of advanced voice, internet, and communications solutions. The Customer Experience Specialist will support the Sales and Client Success teams by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities
Assist the Sales and Client Success teams with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, order processing, and maintaining customer records
Prepare and distribute sales reports, proposals, and contracts
Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services
Support the sales team in achieving their targets and objectives
Answering calls for Sales and CS queue and acting as a first point of contact for any account or contract questions
Assist Account Management with renewal and account review preparation as needed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales documentation and records
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Prior experience with various CRM platforms, including HubSpot is preferred
Advanced knowledge of the MS Office Suite, including Excel
Prior experience with Adobe is preferred
