Review project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects

Conduct thorough quantity take-offs and analyze labor, material, and overhead costs to develop comprehensive estimates

Proficiency in negotiation and sales experience

Organize and plan tasks for the project team

Request Subcontractor estimates and provide support in contract and letter of intent (LOI) preparations

Monitor and control the daily progress of construction projects, including regular communication, requests for information (RFIs), and change orders (COs)

Conduct site visits to oversee project advancement

Support drafters in developing construction drawings

Coordinate and manage the scheduling and workload of construction projects daily
