Responsibilities
Connecting with customers in person at live events, understanding their needs, and helping deliver meaningful brand experiences
Assisting with campaign setup, managing on-site processes, and ensuring smooth event execution
Tracking sales activity, observing trends, and supporting the team in interpreting results
Shadowing team leaders, learning about coaching methods, and gaining insight into recruitment and territory planning
