Responsibilities

Drive the commercial strategy for Texas and North America

Acquire new Fortune 500 clients; expand relationships with existing clients

Build and manage a high-value sales pipeline with consistent revenue growth

Shape multi-year client partnerships rooted in trust, delivery excellence, and commercial impact

Ensure engagements deliver measurable transformation outcomes

Lead senior client conversations - from strategic problem framing to solution design

Mentor teams in consulting craft: problem-solving, facilitation, storytelling, and transformation leadership

Uphold ADAPTOVATE’s standards in quality, structure, and execution

Define and embed ADAPTOVATE’s culture, values, and ways of working in Texas

Recruit, coach, and scale a high-performing consulting team

Build partnerships, thought leadership, and new market offerings (including AI-enabled transformation)

Champion our global culture - collaboration, excellence, transparency, and human-first leadership

Set direction for the office and contribute to global strategy

Drive innovation in consulting delivery, capability uplift, and market differentiation

Represent ADAPTOVATE at industry events, forums, and partner ecosystems

Required

Track record of selling and delivering consulting, transformation, or strategic advisory services

Ability to originate, shape, and close high-value consulting work with C-suite executives

Experience building multi-million dollar books of business

10–15+ years in management consulting or transformation leadership

Strength across multiple capability pillars: Consulting & Business Improvement, Client Interaction & Relationship Management, Industry Expertise, Capability Development

Experience growing teams, strengthening consulting craft, and shaping performance cultures

Demonstrated ability to coach senior managers and develop future leaders

Entrepreneurial and commercially minded

Strong presence and communication skills

Human-centered leader with high EQ

Able to balance strategic ambition with hands-on delivery when needed
